Program 1125, Olympic Weightlifting Skill Development Program
$15.00
Olympic Weightlifting Training Program, 2 Days per Week, 12 Weeks, for skill development. Suitable for athletes with 6-12 months experience.
Description
This 12-week skill development program is designed for athletes just emerging from the beginner stage (first 6 months) of Olympic Weightlifting. If you are a complete beginner or have less than 6 months of training experience, it would be better to start with Books 1 and 2 of The Beginner Olympic Weightlifting Program.
This program uses percentages to describe training intensity (the heaviness of the bar). Intensity is purposefully set light to facilitate skill development, fluency of movement and improvement in confidence.
The document is 34 pages in printable PDF format. Click on the thumbnail below to see a sample training session.
