Novice Olympic Weightlifting Programs
Novice Olympic Weightlifting training programs are suitable for athletes who have completed 6 months of consistent training but are still in the early stages of skill development. Typically the athlete will be somewhere in the 6-12 months of training experience and is able to commit to training twice per week.
A special ingredient of novice programs is the inclusion of illustrations and coaching advice for each exercise. This advice gives the key technique development objectives.
