Description
This 10 week skill development program is designed for athletes just emerging out of the beginner stage (first 6 months) of Olympic Weightlifting. If you are a complete beginner or you have less than 6 months training experience it would be better to start with Book 1 and Book 2 of The Beginner Olympic Weightlifting Program.
This program uses percentages to describe training intensity (the heaviness of the bar).
