The Beginner Training Program is a comprehensive learning plan for taking the first steps in developing the skills of Olympic Weightlifting and building knowledge of training methodology. This is Book 1 and covers the first 24 sessions. Book 2 (sessions 25 – 48) will be available shortly and the complete series will be four books which will take the beginner right through their first year of training.
In addition to providing coaching guidance for each exercise in every session, all books in the series will present learning materials on key techniques and training concepts to assist the beginner in better understanding what Weightlifting is all about. Each book provides illustrations to help the beginner more easily remember the exercises and purchasers have access to video resources online.
