Your subscription to the online coaching service has started and will run for 12 months. You can cancel this service at any time and stop further recurring monthly payments.
When you want to share videos of your lifting you can try ordinary email but if you have difficulty try a cloud service such as DropBox, Microsoft OneDrive, or iCloud as files can be received via these services.
Ideally, you will record the exercises and sets you perform in your training sessions and keep a list of personal bests. This information can be stored in paper form (for example, a training log book) but from time to time you may need to share this with me.
Please use my email address: firstname.lastname@example.org for normal communications. Please always identify yourself well in your emails. I will share other contact details with you as online coaching proceeds.
You will need to suggest days/times in the week that are suitable for video meetings.
