This 5-week, 4 days per week program provided as a printable 28-page PDF is specifically designed as a skills development program for Olympic Weightlifting. It will suit athletes who have completed a basic introduction to the Olympic lifts, have established personal bests, and want to work intensively on skill development.
The program provides an interesting variety of skill drills and exercises and the intensity of training is reduced to allow for a greater focus on skill development. The order in which exercises and skill drills are introduced, the intensity of training, the duration of the sessions and the objectives of each exercise has been carefully planned.
