Olympic Weightlifting Training Program, 3 Days per Week, 6 Weeks, customisable by user.
This 6-week 3 days per week training program, provided as a printable 11-page PDF, has the special feature of allowing the user to customise the program according to their individual needs. There is a normal Olympic Weightlifting Program structure but the user can, where indicated, choose exercises based on perceived weaknesses in either strength or skill areas of their performance. The program also provides the user with the option to “taper” for a competition or simply test on the last day.
This program will suit athletes who have completed a basic introduction to the Olympic lifts but need to work further on technique development.
