Intermediate Olympic Weightlifting Programs 4 Days per Week

Intermediate Olympic Weightlifting programs for athletes with at least 2 years of experience and training 4 days per week. Programs are provided with explanatory notes, access to a library of online video resources and questions answered by Lionel (Leo) Isaac.

Choose the length of program you need and whether you are focused mostly on competition preparation or other objectives. The duration of programs range from 5 to 13 weeks. Competition preparation programs have a balance of skill and strength development but, as implied, skill development programs are more suitable for athletes who want to focus on technique improvement.
